rebounding is just muscle memory i wasn't gaining anything on a lean bulk after 6 months but i still kept the strength from my peak

lol i cut my own hair too and wish i could help you but im mixed so my hair is curly. i just get a taper fade from barber since thats what almost everyone my age gets nowadays and then cut the rest of my hair myself cause i don't trust anyone else

ye everytime ive showed a cut they just give me the standard asian cut even if i ask for waves or some shit
