Sorry for the delay on this, forgot about my ND status
I'm currently down to about -26lbs, I think I'm too eager for results and ended up making myself sick for yet again upping my dosage when I should not have. I went up to 2.5mg on saturday and my stomach has been cramping and I've had bad stomach issues. This is a reminder to stick to your dosing schedule and don't be a retard.
plans for the next weeks:
fix eating habits, even if reta is a cheat code i need to start eating healthier
drink more water, i noticed in my blood work my liver function isn't bad but it could be better and its cus i don't drink enough water
start my glow50 cycle (which I'll also be updating on)
Dosing:
Week 1-4: 2mg
Week 5-8: 4mg
Week 9-12: 6mg
Week 12+: will titrate based on if I need to or not, side effects, appetite suppression weakening, etc
