My experience on this,25 dosage per daily and balanced diet,i ate like a lot cals a days(i don't track)i prioritize animals meat,3-6 eggs a days.
I only trains upper body because lower is a bs
(except kagel),i do like lateral raises 7x4,lat pulldown 6x6,pull up 10x3(this is basic but i really like these.)
My bideltoid grow from 17 inch to 19 inch..hopefully mine will grew too 20
