Does anyone know how to gain weight very effectively and efficiently. I went to the doctors office and I was told that i weighed 100 pounds. I am 5,5, 15 yrs old and have been trying to bulk for a while but nothing is really working for me. I have been trying to eat at least 2,000 calories or more everyday and drink 2-3 water and I have not been dirty bulking or starving myself. Can anyone give me advice?

peanut butter is 100 calories per tablespoon. eat a couple spoonful's a day and you will be putting on weight in no time. calories in calories out.

peanut butter and olive oil are the easiest bulking foods
