Im 15 and how do i gain fuckass weight, i eat 3k+ calories on daily basis and my weight is stuck at 64kg, it literally cannot go up. how to even eat more calories without just eating junk food that has alot of fat.
 
have you tried tracking your calories and only eating whole foods?
 
whats the calories split into. how much carbs protein and fat?
 
ye i track my calories, carbs fats etc. and what are whole foods?
foods that are not from the shelf nor are processed.

all sorts of meat, fish, eggs, whole grains, fruits and vegetables

whats the calories split into. how much carbs protein and fat?
somewhere around 100g protein, 300g carbs, 100g fat, and 20g fibre

i eat mostly whole
