I was 113kg and somehow finally disciplined myself to start loosing weight. I started eating less and going to the gym but that was just too slow for me. I switched gym for running and the results were AWESOME! I lost over 30kg and i am currently at 82kg. But the reason I'm writing this is because i want to loose more, but it seems that i can't. I don't know is it because of my metabolism slowing down or because my body normalised the amount of training I do or the daily calories i consume. I want to reach 65kg and I would love to use some of the tips you guys could give me. My current height is 191cm or 6'2. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of me before but trust me the difference is huge.

how much you eating

1.) 191 is NOT 6"2.
2.) ozempic or DNP.

I don't eat a lot but there are days where i will like eat everything and then continue to eat very little or just fast with water.
are you tracking macros

you should start. If you arent losing weight you arent eating in a deficit
Could be true. I did tracked macros for some short period of time but it was just complicated because I didn't know the exact ingredients of the meals I was eating but I will take it more serious this time.

You need to track the calories you take in on days you eat. I lost 40 pounds so far and the next 20 pounds is where I become ultra shredded single digit body fat. I do 2 24 hour fasts per week and on days I eat I eat no more than 1700 cals; 1700 cals is my bmr so you need to calculate your bmr(basal metabolic rate at which you burn cals while doing nothing).

BMR Calculator:

https://www.calculator.net/bmr-calculator.html

Macros and vitamins are important so you don't go crazy; take supplements with high fiber food when you eat. I don't work out and you don't need to tbh. Once I'm lean that's when I'll clean bulk. 1 pound of fat = 3500 cals so I lose a pound a week.

Consistency over everything. Eat over your bmr and you gain weight; eat under and you lose weight; water tbh.

This is a answer I was hoping for. Thank's so much man. I just wanted to ask one more thing. You do 2 24h fasts per week which means you eat 5 days a week. When you do fast, do you fast day after day or do you for example fast on monday then eat and than fast again on thursday?

It depends on how you feel. If you pick the right food to eat beforehand you'll feel super satiated then you could make it 2 days in a row.

When I fast I drink pellegrino sparkling water for 0 cal electrolytes and viter caffeine mints for energy and b vitamins.

You could break it up but I personally like the momentum from not eating.

When you break fasts do it with a low glycymic food so your heart doesn't explode.

I did three days in a row once and would not recommend it my legs and arms would randomly get pins and needles just by sitting at the computer; I also couldn't focus.

Also, please rep me, thanks.
