weight loss tips plz

i want to become skinny and then bulk, so i want to purposely lose my muscles. you guys have any tips to make it easier so i can achieve this? obviously i need to eat less but how? should i just eat all my meals at night or something

I eat one meal a day works well for me and I get to have that full, fat feeling everyday even if its just for a few hours
 
water fasting
 
First, drop any notion of eating junk foods. Sugar, cakes, energy drinks - none of it. From now on drinking water is going to be your religion. Gonna be a real bitch the first week and possibly the weeks after to a month, but afterwards - you'll feel like a new man and junk food will actually make you want to throw up. This will also stabilize your hunger urges, you won't really feel the need to eat very much at all (which is good for losing weight). Second, eat in moderation. As I already mentioned, the first point is going to make you want to eat less anyway, but until you reach that point and stabilize hormones, you'll want to eat. Don't. A tip of mine is to just eat 2 times per day from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM once and then 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It'll get you through the day but also keep you below your calorie maintainance easily. If you don't feel satiated after eating your meal, drink water, it'll help. A tip - when you eat and you want to feel full, drink water while eating. It'll make you feel so full that you'll want to throw up.

Overall, it's about determination. No matter how many tips a guy can give you, at the end of the day it's entirely up to you on whether you want to lose weight or not and losing weight is simple - eat below your maintenance calories.
