Recently I’ve been trying to take action on my weight because it’s something that i’m self conscious about. I’m 5’9 150 pounds at 16 and I just want to be skinny. I’m not looking to get lean I just want to be skinny because it’s the look i’m going for so please don’t judge me or try and convince me otherwise. I’m mainly looking for ways to suppress my appetite without using any medications or supplements. I’m trying to aim towards 130 pounds.
 
obv you don't have much muscle because at 5,9 and 150 isn't even big, but to answer the question Caffine (energy drinks, black coffee), nicotine, spam water, focus on nutrient dense foods will help with satiety. but just comes down to how locked in and how much you want it tbh!
