What is the best way for me to lose weight I weigh 77kg 175cm and want to lose 7kg what’s the best way to lose that (sorry for bad english)

1 :counting calories (obvious one) 2: stop eating candy and food high in sugar and stop eating junk food .

there is no secret to weight loss, just calorie deficit its that simple.. if you want rapid and extreme results there are drugs like tirzepatide or DNP but i would never reccomend them for your case

Find your maintenance calories, subtract 500-1000 or so depending on how hard you want to cut and eat that much. Get protein and lift so you lose fat and not muscle

Try intermittent fast! You don't eat after 8pm until 12am (lunch). You can eat your 3 meals in that time frame (you won't need to since you won't be that hungry). Make sure to get your protein in, healthy fats and micro nutrients. Focus on eating real foods and no snacking. BTW you can drink water with no restrictions, you should aim for 3 liters (it will make you feel full) (when you feel hungry before 12am just have a glass of water. ALSO EXERCISE: make sure to get at least 10k steps a day. I recommend after school when you have time go for a 1hour walk a day and try to do full workouts either in the gym with weights or body weight training 3 to 5 days a week. You wan t a recompositing of your body to take place (meaning you lose fat and gain muscle). you can just google about exercises on tiktok or youtube. I believe in you. remember: high protein diet

logical but to hard for a normal person to do. I say focus on a better high protein diet and exercise such as walking and weight training

a calorie deficit is literally how you lose weight no matter the diet

literally every other diet is a cope unless it puts you in a calorie deficit, even then you may as well just eat whatever you want and track it

you can lift a lot plus some cardio not much tho u can cut out sugars and thats it plus burn more then what u consume

if ur not made off of pure muscles you need to lose way more than only 7kg just saying, im 175 cm 56kg lean and i still could lose some fat to be Jordan Barett level thin

also high protein diet is pretty good so you dont feel hungry all the time, controlling hunger and not binging on food is key to losing weight
