wouldn't recommend leaning down at your age, you're at victim height right now and you need the nutrients to get tallerI’m 15 years old 80 kg at around 5’7 what is the ideal weight I should try to achieve to have a leaner face

Would it be problematic if I reduced my caloric intake by a small amount?you need nutritions to get taller first
Doesn't matter what they say, keep eating in a surplus until you reach ideal height or stop growing. It's worth it to eat in a surplus and put on a bit of weight now, because you won't be able to grow height anyway. Your facial features are still shifting in puberty, so there's really no reason to go in a deficit. At 15, you still have at a minimum 3 more years of development, so don't mess it up. Try doing some cardio so you don't melt into a tub of lard while still eating in surplus, it'll help you grow.I heard that from a few people already but I’m fat and ugly asf and I’m pretty sure I could ascend if I simply lost some weight this is how I currently look like
Shit advice. Nothing wrong with a slight deficit or maintenance at all. He shouldn't be in a surplus at all at 80kg at 5'7 JFL, he's probably already a fat shit which is only harming his growth.Doesn't matter what they say, keep eating in a surplus until you reach ideal height or stop growing. If he eats like 200-500 cals more than maintenance and works out enough to burn that off it would still be beneficial no? Also I can't believe he's 80kg at 5'7, his face doesn't look that fatShit advice. Nothing wrong with a slight deficit or maintenance at all. I wouldn’t want to lose a lot I only wanna go down 68-70 kg so a 12 kg weight loss would that still be bad?Doesn't matter what they say, keep eating in a surplus until you reach ideal height or stop growing. no, 150-250 deficit cal is a safe and approachable deficit. sure you wont see results fast but you wont harm your height or skin by starving yourself.Would it be problematic if I reduced my caloric intake by a small amount?
