Hi,
I’m 15 years old, 5’8 feet I’ve tried dieting more than once, but I usually fail because of constant hunger and insulin resistance. My body isn’t bad overall, and I consider myself good looking, but I struggle with fat and I really want to lose some weight in a healthy and sustainable way I’m looking for advice that actually works long term, especially considering insulin resistance and appetite control. I don’t want extreme diets I want something realistic that I can stick to.
