I’m currently 6,2 and 160 lb, I was wondering if I should just bulk up and gain muscle mass before I go on any type of deficit, I heard calorie deficits while still in puberty can effect bonegrowth, I’m currently 16, so should I just try to get more mass before any type of deficit?
