Hello guys,

I'd like to start with the fact, that controlled starvation is not bad at all. It is not a start of an eating disorder, does not make you weaker and does not worsen anything if it's done correctly.
I need to set myself straight before the start of the season (end of July)

Current: 111 KG, roughly 28% bodyfat
Goal: 97 KG, 17,5% bf (by the end of July)

Math:
1KG of pure fat = 7400 Calories
14 KG = 103600 Calories
_______________________________
BMR = 2100 calories
2 hours walk = 600 calories
gym session = 600 caloreis
(also will add some running but later on when my body adapts)
Burn a day 3300 Calories a day OUT

Plan:

First 12 days complete starvation and lot of water while doing HIGH REP strenght training in gym (whole body) and 2 hour walk a day.

"dude you will be weak, gym during starvation is stupid" shut up, our body will preserve more muscule cause it knows its being used (scientifically proven)...little example, evolutionary... we as hunters were often going through periods of starving, and we were always moving, preserving muscules because we needed it to hunt, hunt and hunt. With gym, body will go for fat storage instead of muscules.

Math:

12 days starve = 39600 calories burned = 5.5 pure fat lost.
then week of stable protein eating, and juices, to calm the body down. and repeat once again.

in 30 days you permanently lose 11 kg of FAT.

by the end of this month i will be for sure under 103 KG, and then repeat it again ill be below 96 kg. (STABLE WEIGHT I DONT COUNT THE WATER IT WILL COME BACK)

With training in gym, I will have more stamina in muscules, and when i start properly eating again ill be in peak form in matter of a month.

I WILL FOR SURE UPDATE YALL LATER WITH RESULTS, NUMBERS AND PICTURES.

Attaching some files of how i look right now.

dam good luck, tag me when you update:cool:

i would say build muscle and dont starve go in a deficit but not severe one because the fastest you lose fat the more saggy skin you get (i could be wrong ask around)

its saggy only when your crazy fat, the only thing that you might get is stretch marks which i dont mind at all, they look cool imo

Ok jokes aside, I would advise you to always focus more on the diet part than the exercise part since dieting is WAY more sustainable and youll be more consistent. Other than that, youll be good. Just dont fall for those 20 day water fasts or keto vegan retardation. Eat more meat and fats, less carbs and sugar. Best of luck
