Weird bump after pinning peptide

I just pinned my Reta and it seemed like it all just turned into a ball in my skin even tho I injected the same as I always do what happened?

you need to change it frequently i would recommend bc i dont have this problems just switch up the side and spots

Just switch it up. Don‘t inject the same spot but the bump is kinda harmless if it goes away in 2-3 days. Could be a hygiene/infection issue
