weird height growth?

so i remember being exactly 5`10 (178cm) on my 15th birthday. at this point i had just finished a decent growth spurt. now the weird shit is ive grown exactly an inch a year for the last 4 years. at 16 i was 5`11 (180.5cm), at 17 i was 6` (183 cm), at 18 i was 6`1 (185.5cm) , and now im exactly 6`2 and a quarter at 19 and 4 months old.

so i have 2 questions.....can i keep this growth up til 21 which will put me at 6`4 which is my dream height

and have any of you had this growth?
