I've been having problems with my bodyweight, I'm 17, and I weigh like 286 pounds (130kg), and I'm 5'10-11 tall. I play basketball, but is there a way for me to lose weight? Or is it truly over for me?

Good lad, do push pull legs for the gym. It's simple. One day you do push, the next you do pull, the other you do legs. Then rest.

Example:

Monday = Push
Tuesday = Pull
Wednesday = Legs
Thursday = Rest
Friday = Push
Saturday = Pull
Sunday = Legs

if only there was something you could take that would reduce appetite and encourage desirable body recomposition

Just try to eat Healthy and go to the gym and do like 20 min cardio after your gym sesh (treadmill with incline). And if your feeling like you want something sweet, drink some pepsi max or coca cola zero to reduce it.
