went for a night drive and saw red lightning in the clouds

got off the highway and saw a storm ahead of me and then saw a flash of red lightning, then when i was almost back at my house i saw it again. kinda odd cuz i went under the storm which is where my house is and it wasnt raining at all. a bad omen perhaps.
