Went to the surgeon and he adviced me to get genio. What do you guys think? Scans included

I went with the intention of getting bimax with ccw rotation. He said that I didnt need that, that my bite was good, and that the difference it could make in how I look wouldnt be worth it for such an invasive procedure. But he did suggest me to get genio and that it would make a big difference in both my profile and front.

What do you guys think?

You seem to know a lot about surgeries.

I've realized that genio wont do much of a difference in me. I've noticed that my jaw is deviated to my left, making the right side of my face taller than the other. The shorter side (left) is my best half, so what I need is to make the right side of my jaw shorter and symmetrical to my left side.

Is bimax needed for this?

yes u can fix jaw (both maxilla and mandible) asymmetries with bimax
