Think about it for a moment.
This guy's childhood was awful, his dad beat him and his siblings senselessly leading to Richard getting seizures from the hits.
Richard also hung out with his deranged cousin who served in Vietnam and tortured women there showing Richard photos of his atrocities.
Richard was present when the cousin shot his wife.
Because of all this, it lead to Richard's mind being fucked up with all the things that happened.
What do you guys think now?
