Duh cause u sent all ur dangerous people to the US, and Dubai is not safe, they don't allow religions other than Islam, yes, maybe they let first generation immigrants stay with their culture and religion, but then your children who are born in Dubai will be raised in schools in Dubai where Islam is the main religion and they will become much more muslim (Like how african immigrant's children in the US become westernised) and they will then split from their parent's roots and convert to Islam (Which is made easier since the parents have seen how "great" Islam is in Dubai, and they believe in freedom of religion as it's what dubai "allows")
