Western white liberals are socially and politically dominant in their own countries, controlling media, politics, education, and entertainment. Such things are evidently known in western society.

However ethnic Russian liberals in Russia are on the fringes of society hated by NT Slavs as well as by Kavkazians and steppe gooks in general. Many liberals in Russia also tend to be jewish.

Russian liberals however tend to have higher English proficiency that the general Russian population and thus will contribute to a distorted view of the life of ethnic minorities in Russia.

Russian liberals have always emphasized the European identity of Russia and thus dislikes kavkazians and gooks way more than the average Slav, but still Russian liberals want to recruit Kavkazians and gooks into their movement by using the same deceptive tactic that western white liberals use on their ethnik population.
