What a 22.5” untrained bideltoid looks like

Nothing crazy, I hope this ends the obsession over bideltoid width. Once I start roiding it will prob look decent. Before I hear “muh measured wrong” it was measured by a doctor, not for any medical reason I was just in her office and she had a lateral caliper tool so she measured it for fun.

forgot to mention for people who don’t have a frame of reference, 19.39 is top 1%

so it’s probably safe to assume I have 1/1000000 or rarer genetics since i’m only 16 so following a normal growth pattern my clavicles are supposed to stop growing at a 24.5” bideltoid since clavicle growth plates close at 25 y/o.

I haven’t measured it but based off other numbers I’ve seen in comparison to length I think it’s somewhat accurate also comparing to my wrist and biceps. Can’t measure atm because I’m starve maxing so i’d have to pop a rhino pill.
