what additions do I ask for in a bimax?

I’m one step away from signing bimax legal papers but I’m scouting for second surgical opinions and I asked myself the question what I could possibly ask for them to add onto the bimax, like lefort 1 or ccw, any tips?

due to fucked jaw it’s gonna be a free surgery covered by healthcare only thing I’m paying for out of my own pocket is braces
