What age can you no longer improve/ascend?

All in the title. Wondering what you guys think the age limit of ascending or even just improvement is.

you can improve your looks at any age but obv there will be a limit to how much you can drastically improve. id say a few years after puberty ends or the final stages is rlly the most you can drastically improve to a full blown glow up. after that u rlly have the same base and will be hard to ascend i rlly havent seen any1 do a crazy1 after that time period unless they hopped on smth or had surgeries

you can always improve but by how much decreases rapidly after puberty, and again after like 30
