If your jaw is noticeably recessed, save for jaw surgery.

Well technically you can grow for like ever, but it end for most around 21. Just because it mostly happens in your brain, doesn't mean it won't have any physiological effects.
I, for example, just turned 20 and I am getting broader slightly. (I can't fit in my tub, arms next to me) while I could like half a year ago and it isn't because of muscles
