Depends. A nosejob or an otoplasty would give you no problems at that age. But messing with your facial bone structure, unless you're already fully developed, can be dangerous.

there are obvious exceptions, like if you're a burn victim or a transsexual or whatever, but for PSL shit let your body finish developing if you don't want to look like a fallout 2 character
