Taking magnesium before bed would also be ideal to maximise your sleep quality and reduce overall muscle tension, also as you are on vitamin D it will become more bioavaliable, so its a good optimisation to make. Prioritize getting as much sleep as possible within a natural timeframe, and ensure your diet is high protein.
