What am I missing for heightmaxxing?

Currently 14 5”10 I know I still need to wait for my growth spurt but here’s what I do on the daily
0.5 gallons of whole pasteurized / raw milk per day depending on what we have in the fridge

~1 lb of chicken breast per day

Daily 5x 100 meter sprints

2+ hours of sunlight per day

Daily weight lifting

Just taking vitamin d right now

9-10 hours of sleep per night

No stress

Obviously I eat other stuff but I eat an average of around 4000 calories per day of only healthy organic stuff and no seed pils

What am I missing maybe just stretching and more supplements

I just have good genetics mainly I think because my dad is 2.05 meters and my mom is 1.8 meters but I still need my growth spurt to happen

You seem to be eating and sleeping well, that’s all you need. Just remember to exercise and some other users here might say supplementing is cope but i’d recommend D3+K2 for bone growth.

Damn im jealous ash wish i could do this when i was younger, what i would change is not working out/sprinting daily and switching the chicken with beef
