groom your eyebrows, that’ll definitely help with improving your eye area, you also need to train the muscles around your hyoid bone (i saw you don’t know what that is just look it up i can’t explain very well) A few things that can help with your hyoid include, chin tucks, mewing, and neck curls, try doing those for a few weeks and you should see some improvement
