Butter has more omega3 and other vitamins compared to vegetable oils
personally I only cook with olive oil because I am not a big fan of the taste of butter

It has been common practice to mix olive and butter for many years

Jfl if you think that GMO omega6 vegetable oils are good for you, try to quit it completely for some time

olive oil is really the only half way decent substitute that isn't unhealthy and tastes almost exactly like it. You can try coconut oil and stuff like that but its just has weird texture or tastes like crap.

Ghee, raw butter (non pasteurized), tallow, coconut oil and olive oil

Ghee/raw butter and tallow are better than the others but all are great. I dont cook with coconut oil because Im not a fan of the taste on salty food. I do have it as a desert with some honey.

Dont cook with vegetable oils, they are posion.
