What are "Bug eyes"?

So many people talk about Bug eyes, can someone give me examples of how they look like and what causes Bug eyes?

theyre just eyes that bulge out. theyre usually characterised by high levels of upper-eyelid exposure, eyebags and or under-eye support. the cause would probs be poor maxilla development though your race can contribute to you having bug eyes, i.e. indians, black people often have them.

i dont have bulging eyes, have mininal upper eyelid exposure, but have low undereye support, but for some reason they dont make the lower lids droopy
I seem to have good maxilla development since i have high set cheekbones and PCT eyes
so i guess being indian i have bad infraorbital bone?

what specifically causes it in indians? like they lack bones or for some reason they just have bad skull development?

im guessing then its either because of your bad infraorbital bones or a weak browridge. but i dont know, since i havent seen your face. if you send some pictures of your face i can give you a better analysis
