Well I mean, you can go to the calisthenics route but dont fool yourself thinking you are going to look like david laid just because of that, you will have like a lean and somewhat muscular physique (skinny muscular) and a really good core (because core training is just calisthenics tbf). Every youtuber that claims he is gigantic due to calisthenics is either lying (going to the gym and claiming doing only calisthenics), has gorila like genetics or is on anobolics or all of them. But calisthenics is better than nothing, good that you want to do something.Too far away and too much stress
Start with simple exercises like normal pushups and go progressive to like diamond pushups.
