What are good at home upper body exercises

No equipment (i can use a backpack at most), what exercises can i do to get a stronger upper body

Honestly just get a pull up bar as well and you can find some good home workouts.

just rest
u can't do anything with a bagpack
not saying u should but u cant

push ups, dips between 2 forniture pieces, pull ups if you have a place where you can do them, and their variations. If youre in a calorie deficit then train abs too with v taps mostly (dont do planks they dont build anything). Use something that weights to do curls and thats all the realistic shit you can do.

I gotta do something my strength is so low now after not exercising for so long, i cant do 5 push ups JFL
doesn't matter
just go animal based and lose fat
cheapest way is raw eggs and raw milk
find eggs whose yolks are somewhat dark and orange or just make sure they aren't pure yellow
and find a good source of raw milk

Well I mean, you can go to the calisthenics route but dont fool yourself thinking you are going to look like david laid just because of that, you will have like a lean and somewhat muscular physique (skinny muscular) and a really good core (because core training is just calisthenics tbf). Every youtuber that claims he is gigantic due to calisthenics is either lying (going to the gym and claiming doing only calisthenics), has gorila like genetics or is on anobolics or all of them. But calisthenics is better than nothing, good that you want to do something.

Start with simple exercises like normal pushups and go progressive to like diamond pushups. Also you need to figure out a way to workout your legs aswell, because the ugliest thing is someone like big in the upperbody and have skinny legs yk?
 
All of what I said is nullified if your objective is only strength :lul::lul::lul::lul:

Muscle mainly, a bit of fat too
Because the fat will be burned, if i would you i would try to get at least like a dumbell to do some squats

I dont do cardio like that i walk a bunch every day and play football some times with my classmates
hmm got it, because like working out will spend even more calories which means like the fat in the legs might burn even more, this is what i'm worried about
