would this procedure from linked post help? adding fat at the chin, i figure this would stretch the skin too? it’s not bone but the skin is still affected by it.

this doesn't replace genio lol, genio could be vertical, for widening etc, it just replaces small sliding genios i guess which not everyone needs, there's too much variability in the chin
