Recently I made a post on why it's better to eat ramen than pasteurized dairy.

I did mention that we need to buy organic from internet stores, but let's expand on this as a necessary rule. So that all of us understand.
You should buy 0 ramen and other grain products from your typical grocery stores, never buy them in your life.
Why? Because if you check the ingredients, they add seed oils. Seed oils are the top cause of clogging of arteries, ageing, and disease, even pasteurized dairy is a solid second but cannot compare.
You would not suspect this, because it's just flour, but those shit scammers who want the worst for you, actually gone to do the effort of boiling their grain sludge together with ultra processed seed oils, to merge them together into one product, with no visible difference.
They add a lot of it, they list 17 grams of """ FAT """ (seed oils) per 100 grams of product, because macaroni products including noodles without spice mix with no seed oils inside of their ingredient list have only 2 grams of fat (which is just wheat oil, it is far less toxic compared to ultra processed bleached and deodorized to hide insane toxic look and taste seed oils).
In my country of Russland, they add sunflower oil, and premium brands add palm oil. In your country it's different type but the end result in the same, it's seed oils,
What about spice mixes for non typical ramen noodles with no spice mix and no ramen advertisement? They are basically ramen noodles. But you need a separate product of spice mix, or soup bullion to buy alongside it, and guess what, those all have seed oils inside of them (sunflower oil, palm oil).
What about other grain products?
Pre made pizzas, all have seed oils.
Pastries, I checked, have seed oils.
What about restaurants?
Restaurants use seed oils, for pizzas, for cooking.
Now, knowing big picture, I can with realization.
It's no fucking wonder I felt like shit and death, and frequently went to a nap sleep after overwhelming exhaustion, after eating 6 packages of ramen noodles, because I consumed around 0.65 * 15 * 6 equals 59 milliliters of seed oils, in one go!
It's the same how Americans feel like absolute shit after eating from their fast food restaurants which add seed oils into the bun (grain) and frying (of patties), and restaurants of pizza. They consume seed oils without their knowledge and consent, they consume highest potent toxin in ignorance!
So, what's the solution?
Buy organic (pesticide free, bio), ramen noodles and macaroni and pastries and pizzas, from internet stores, only, and always check their ingredients on seed oil and abnormal amount of "fat" in ingredients (like 17 grams, instead of 2). In my country they sell organic ramen noodles from buckwheat.
Now, let's summarize.
Seed oil added grain products like ramen are worse than pasteurized dairy. Pasteurized dairy is worse than 0 seed oils added organic grain products, like ramen and macaroni. Protected by shell raw fruits like watermelon and oranges are better than 0 seed oils organic grain products, and in some days they are completely enough to satisfy our insane craving for snacking and carbs, even without grain products. Raw milk, raw kefir, raw sour cream, raw cheese, are the pinnacle of snack, and they help you detox, and they nourish you best.
I also recommend to invest serious time to create your own mustard sauce, and ketchup source, from typical ingredients (including vinegar) plus powder of mustard / tomato sauce, to have 0 seed oils added 0 salt added sauces, to use for eating of your raw meat, raw fish, cooked meat.
Or, if you have mental issues to never invest that effort, at very least buy and use 0 seed oils added ketchup (with a lot of salt and a thousand ingredients, just like in a spice mix of ramen). There is nothing else on the market as I've checked every sauce, this salted thousand spice ketchup is the only single sauce with 0 seed oils. Why use it, if it has so much salt and preservative metals? Because it's better than nothing and blandness.
Why do this? Because if you use sauces on your main food, you eliminate over 50 percent of insane craving for snacking you get after some days of no snack, you would feel like snacking only 1 time per week naturally with no issues, because your main food would stop tasting bland and you will feel satisfied.
Now we know better not to poison ourselves, forever, when it comes to snacking, which is a glaring weakness in defense even for raw carnivores.
Now we never poison ourselves significantly, only slightly, and this is acceptable, because of insane craving for snacking, and because typical snacking is underestimatingly extremely harmful.
