Im considering getting some implants/ filler for my awful chin and maybe a liplift for my thin upper lip/ botox for philtrum. Am also 5”11 and 18

Hmtn, your nasal tip is too bulbous so rhino would be rlly good. Your upper lip is too thin, which also makes your chin to philtrum look worse. Heavy mirin the physique bro.

Lip filler and lift will be beneficial, dont think you need botox for philtrum really, lip lift will mask philtrum flaw
