filler might actually work well here just below the orbital rim to reduce hollowing because you have a lack of orbital fat. but the most straightforward permanent fix is fat grafting

The problem with filler in these area is it migrates and doesn't fully dissolve.

it might just add swelling to it for a little bit only way to fix recessed Infras is implants, filler or fat grafting sometimes prp helps but not that much

Yes bb cream and concealer would help other than that there’s no other soft maxes maybe retinol but it can cause breakouts
