Negative canthal tilt. Not death-tier, but it's there.
Brows aren't very upturned and even downturned towards the end. You could try shaving that small part and see how it looks.
Eye positioning in skull seems a bit wide-set.

Positives so you don't ropemaxx: their shape is good (minus tilt), brow thickness is fine, eyelashes seem full.

It's actually not the greatest eye area, my dude. Not death-tier, but mid.

Droopy lower lid giving the impression of nct mostly and eyebrows shape, they look nct too try to cut their end so they look more positively tilted. Not sure about ipd but looks low. Eyelashes could be more prominent in the lower lid but they are fine.

Lower eyelid laxity makes you cantal tilt negative. You could do a tarsal strip which is a part of the procedure called canthoplasty

i have slight pct, but i noticed my upper eyelash make it look like slight nct. i should curl them.

i suggest giving your eyebrows more of a positive tilt like the other guy said and doing a slight squint, tbh it seems like your ipd may be a little too close but too distorted to tell

i tried to fraud positive eyebrows and it looks better on me i trimmed already but its still flat tilted. i need some inner length for positive

Nice eyes and eyelashes. can curl eyelashes to hide uue it will ascend ur eyes a little more seems there dark long witch is great .u say u have nice eyebrows then good for you. Ur outer sclera showing looks droopy squinting a little will help. U can get eye whitening drops to whiten ur sclera look angle like (halo)
