@currymog you should take a mirror picture because FWHR is significantly distorted with a selfie picture.

That being said, your midface ratio is unideal and that doesn't get distorted with selfies.

If your jaw/dental development is normal, nothing really. Like I said you should post a mirror photo. I think your skull width may be completely fine, but your midface ratio is unideal due to something like low IPD / long philtrum.
