what are my flaws and what can I improve

I am 18 , besides being a curry which is fking pathetic , I am 5'10 with short parents (dad 5'5 and mom 5'0) . luckily got signed in an agency but can't get gigs cuz of height lmao. What are the things which I can improve in my face and what are my strengths.
