I don't like U/L, I prefer PPL even with all that social media propaganda. If you do the right amount of volume for a muscle and hit it 2x per week, you will always be good if you train intensely and close to failure.
And what's ur opinion about raw milk?
Seems to have some benefits, didn't try it here in germany

I dont starvemaxx I just don't go outside at all, only times I do is to bike to school for 20 mins so 40 mins outside for 5 days a week
