- Eyelid asymmetry (not noticeable in other pics for some reason)
- Long midface (distortion makes it worse)
- Lip shape
- Excessively long chin

My browridge is weak from the side so supraorbital implants to project it + alter brow tilt would be useful.

I forgot to mention my ears, im definitely getting an otoplasty.

You could also get cheiloplasty for the lips

Yeah the lips and ears are cheap fixes, $2k surgeries each.
