how could I improve on those except Philtrum I can’t change that

youve got blue eyes so your lucky
get a tan. try out a lightly darker hairstyle, maybe a light or brownish colour.
dye your eyebrows and grow your eyelashes with either latisse, oral minox or topical minox but be careful to not get it in your eyes.

topical hydro cortisone for the bulbous nose tip.
making your mouth wider cant do much unless hardmaxxing or if your really desperate getting a mouth widening appliance which im not sure if actually works or not
