What are my halos and failos and how far can I make it?

Thanks for the assessment in my first thread. You guys got me out of a really deep hole and I consistently hit the gym since Saturday. I would now like to know what my exact halos and failos are, what overall rating Im now and how far I can take it without surgery, except a hairtransplant, since Im on fin, but don't have sides.

Yeah, Im way too fat. Im out of breath after a flight of stairs, after all. How far can I make it? Or is high tier normie enough to be desired by a woman and get an ltr/a few lays here and there?
