What are my options?

I am unable to breathe from my nose comfortably, it takes too much conscious effort when it shouldnt and Im pretty sure its not because of allergies as I have tried anti histamines and nose sprays.

I think my palate is very narrow and im too recessed so what are my options. Ive been thinking about palate expanders

you can probably get surgery for that bro. Might even get it from insurance. If you're unable to breath through your nose there is a very high likelyhood you also have sleepapnea, so you might be able to ge bimax for free. Maybe even lie to insurance saying that you have terrible sleep and bad energy (symptoms of sleep apnea)

Probably the reason Ive never waken up feeling clear headed, vigorous etc in a day in my entire life I was always tired with the shittiest brain fog even if I slept for 10 hours straight

Also idk if I wanna get surgery rn which is why I initially want to do less invasive procedures but I’ll look into it thx

Also, when i was younger and had braces i had two choices: because I'm lacking two teeth on the top, they could make a gap, and place two implants, or they could push everything to the front. Because i was afraid of the implants/didn't want the hassle, i chose the latter. Becaus of that my maxilla is less broad than it couldve been. I regret that decision now.
