What are my physique strength/weaknesses?

I’m 15 almost 16 and been inconsistently going to the gym for like a year. I weight around 150 and am about 5’9-5’10. Can someone say what the strong and weak points in my physique are so I can try to improve?

You look good for 15 man, just keep eating big and lifting hard. You will fill out and become proportional as you grow and eat more. Food is the key here, you have to eat more so you can put on real mass and get strong.

You don’t have one area that looks like it needs to be grown, you just need to grow overall. But if you want something to focus on— build your chest up, and put some more thickness on your back. By thickness I mean you should hit some barbell rows, dumbbell rows, seated cable rows, shrugs. Horizontal pulling as opposed to vertical pulling like pull ups and lat pulldown .

Work on lats to flare out your frame naturally because your only real failo frame wise is the frame itself. Your clavicles are rather narrow.

It's pretty good for your age, even though it's essentially a skinny otter mode physique.

I think that’s too expensive, also taking test when your young just ruins your natural production

You can also make high calorie bulking shakes with milk, protein powder, oats, peanut butter.

Don’t ever take roids.

Foids are perfectly fine with a lean but somewhat broad physique but the collagen loss/hair loss that you might get from roids is a path to inceldom.

Work side delts and chest, look good though, I a stick at 17 so this will help you when you actually mature past teens and look good cuz your young rn.
