i dont think i'll be able to get ai's anytime soon so im trying to learn other estrogen building ingredients to stay away from when eating

as the only one i really know about rn is soy

bc as a kid 9-13 i was drinking alot of pasteurized whole milk but at 13 i developed gyno and im 15 now and (sometimes my gyno seems to disapear as my nips shrink and i look regular [this effect usually happens during the morning, before, during and after a shower]):feelswhy:

Soy will not affect your serum estrogen, unless you eat estrodial pills nothing

Youre in puberty, it happens to a lot of people. You just have high testosterone like most teens

Like @PharmaPhaggot said, Soy will not increase your estrogen levels unless you eat an absurd amount of it. A fundamental rule of Toxicology is that "The dose makes the poison".

There are only TWO reports in medical literature of someone ever developing gynecomastia as a result of soy consumption. They were eating a lot of soy to make this happen.

I eat 240 grams of textured soy protein everyday. It is 51 percent protein, so I get 122.4 grams of complete amino acid protein from that alone. No gynecomastia. I have great erections.
