Don’t go cold turkey because you will rebound hard, first quit the smoking act THEN the nicotine, nicotine gum is cope go for the patches, u stick them on ur side delt and one patch = a pack of cigs.
After your body stabilises from not smoking you will find that from the pure nicotine ur pumping in ur body from the patches u will get mentally sharper because nicotine is a stimulant.
First 3 weeks:
Apply patch as soon as u wake up until you go to bed (if u cant then sleep with it but you will get some weird dream)
Then after 3 weeks:
Start applying it 2 hours after waking up and just continue with this pattern until u taper off

it's not a good time to try to quit now tbh, i don't know how it's going for you but i spend most of my day at home due to the lockdown, it's pretty hard when you don't have much to do and just laze away.

I took up smoking 6 months ago after a breakup, before that I've been occasionally smoking weed for 6 years, sometimes more frequently, sometimes I wouldnt have weed for months.
