What are some common vitamin/ nutrient deficiencies?

I just learned how important vitamin k, specifically k2 is for bone health, cardiovascular etc.
There is almost nobody talking about this nutritient and it's virtually void in the western diet


What are some other important vitamins/ nutritents we missing?

magnesium

it's impossible to meet your requirements of magnesium and thiamine through diet alone
