insufficient protein intake
inadequate sleep (in terms of duration AND quality, you need to make sure your circadian rythm is in check)
inadequate micronutrient intake ESPECIALLY vitamin D and calcium as they go hand-in-hand
not DIRECTLY but high estrogen causes growth plates to close quicker, so you have less time to grow if u get what i mean (basically being fat will cause u to have high estrogen which may limit ur height)
and your favorite...
GENETICS! no matter how much you try to maximize your height, you will never be taller than your genetic limit.
these are the most important, anything else may have minimal/negligible effects
