What are some good excuses to tell my family when im hardmaxxing i don’t want people to know and need good explanation

Depends on what you are getting done. Usually just larp it was for health/better function, you had an injury etc

What are you getting done? and how long are you going to be recovering for? Basically what @N1666 said. You have to make it seem as though it's corrective surgery instead of cosmetic. For example, if you were getting your nose done you could lie and say you had sleep apnea and the surgery was necessary to fix it. No one going to know enough to call you out on it, and the ones who are knowledgeable enough to do so wont care.

Probably a Genioplasty for chronic mouth breathing during teen years its small recession cuz my dads insane genetics

Does sleep apnea apply for that?
 
There are no excuses the success you will have from your ascension does not necessarily need the explanations

In any case if it bothers you to have to explain your surgeries to normies change town or country

Yeah, that's actually the perfect excuse. Have you had a sleep study done? It's possible your insurance could cover it.

I live in the uk so we don’t have insurance the nhs does most of it
